Podvan Media & Central Coast Aqua Park Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿

The Promoter of this competition is Podvan Media ("the Promoter"), located in NSW, Australia. This promotion is run in partnership with Central Coast Aqua Park.

2. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱

The promotion commences at the time of posting on Thursday, January 8, 2026 and concludes on Sunday, January 11 at 9:00 pm ("the Promotion Period").

3. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

Entry is open to all residents of Australia. The prize for this competition is valid at Central Coast Aqua Park (Gosford, NSW) only. Entrants must be able to redeem the prize at this specific location. Entrants must comply with the venue's Conditions of Entry, including:

a) Children aged 5-9 years must be accompanied by a participating adult (Ratio 1 adult to every 2 children).

b) Children aged 10 or over can participate without an accompanying adult.

c) All participants must sign a ride agreement/waiver (parents/guardians must sign for those under 15).

d) All participants must wear mandatory branded CC Aqua Park grip socks ($5 per person).

4. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿

To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

a) Be following/liking the official Podvan Podcast account on the platform of entry (Facebook: Rabbit - Podvan Podcast, or Instagram: @podvanpodcast).

b) Locate an official "qualifying post" and leave a comment.

c) A limit of one (1) entry per person, per qualifying post, applies.

5. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀

The prize consists of one (1) Gift Card/Voucher for Central Coast Aqua Park, valued at $80.

a) The winner may use this value towards session tickets or merchandise.

b) Any costs exceeding the $80 value (such as mandatory grip socks or additional tickets) must be paid by the winner at checkout.

c) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

a) One (1) Major Prize winner will be selected daily via a random draw from all eligible entries received. The winner's eligibility will be confirmed by ensuring they meet all conditions of entry as per Clause 4.

7. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

a) The $80 Gift Card will be distributed to the winner as a digital voucher or code via DM (or email if required) to be redeemed at the venue.

8. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

a) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

b) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

c) By entering this competition, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting and using their information for the purpose of this promotion.

d) This promotion is also subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by Central Coast Aqua Park regarding venue entry, safety rules, and weather cancellations.
