Podvan Media & Kincumber Mitre 10 "Santa Pause" Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿

The Promoter of this competition is Podvan Media ("the Promoter"), located in NSW, Australia. This promotion is run in partnership with Kincumber Mitre 10, located at 19 Kerta Rd, Kincumber NSW 2251.

2. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱

The Online Entry phase commences at the time of posting and concludes at 9:00 PM AEDT on Thursday, December 18th ("the Online Promotion Period"). The Final Event will take place on Saturday, December 20th at Kincumber Mitre 10.

3. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

Entry is open to all residents of Australia. However, the winner of the Online Entry phase ("The Online Finalist") MUST be able to attend Kincumber Mitre 10 (19 Kerta Rd, Kincumber NSW) in person on Saturday, December 20th, strictly by 10:00 AM AEDT to be eligible to participate in the main event. Failure to attend by this time will result in forfeiture of the position.

4. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿

There are two distinct methods of entry to become a finalist:

4.1 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 (Finalist Slot 1)

To enter the competition for the Online Finalist spot, eligible entrants must, during the Online Promotion Period:

a) Be following the official Podvan Podcast account on the platform of entry (Facebook: Rabbit - Podvan Podcast, Instagram: @podvanpodcast, or TikTok: @podvanpodcast).

b) Be following the official Kincumber Mitre 10 account on the platform of entry (Facebook: Kincumber Mitre 10, or Instagram/TikTok: @kincumbermitre10).

c) Locate the official "Santa Pause" reel on an official Podvan Podcast or Kincumber Mitre 10 page.

d) Post a comment on the qualifying post indicating which prize was paused on (either by uploading a screenshot or naming the item in text, depending on the platform's functionality).

e) A limit of one (1) entry per person applies.

4.2 𝗜𝗻-𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 (Finalist Slot 2)

To enter for the Wildcard spot, eligible entrants must:

a) Physically attend Kincumber Mitre 10 on Saturday, December 20th.

b) Collect a free raffle ticket from the designated staff member between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM AEDT.

c) Be present at the time of the draw (approx. 10:00 AM).

5. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀

a) The "Finalist Prize" is a guaranteed spot to play the "Santa Pause" game live at Kincumber Mitre 10 on December 20th.

b) The "Main Event Prize" consists of the physical item that the Finalist lands on when pausing the game video live in-store. Prizes range from minor hardware accessories to major items (e.g., Weber BBQs).

c) The item captured in the entrant's entry screenshot or named in their comment (Online Entry) is for entry purposes only and does not represent the prize won. The actual prize is determined solely by the live game outcome.

d) Prizes are strictly not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

6.1 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁

a) One (1) Online Finalist will be selected via a random draw from all eligible online entries received across the qualifying posts.

b) The draw will take place on Wednesday, December 18th at 9:00 PM.

c) The Online Finalist will be notified via a direct message (DM) on the platform they used to enter. They must confirm their attendance for the live event within 24 hours of notification, or a redraw will occur.

6.2 𝗜𝗻-𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁

a) One (1) In-Store Finalist will be selected via a random raffle draw at Kincumber Mitre 10 on Saturday, December 20th at approximately 10:00 AM.

b) The entrant must be physically present to win. If the number drawn is not present, a redraw will take place every 60 seconds until a winner is found.

7. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

a) The Online Finalist is requested to present themselves to the Promoter at Kincumber Mitre 10 on December 20th by 9:30 AM for a briefing, but strictly no later than 10:00 AM (the scheduled game time).

b) If the Online Finalist is not present by the 10:00 AM hard cutoff, their spot will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement player randomly from the In-Store Wildcard raffle ticket pool.

c) Both players (Online Finalist and In-Store Wildcard) will play the game live on screens provided by the Promoter. The result on the screen is final.

8. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

a) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok.

b) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

c) By entering this competition, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting and using their information for the purpose of this promotion.

d) This promotion is also subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by Kincumber Mitre 10.
