1. Promoter The Promoter of this competition is Podvan Media ("the Promoter"), located in NSW, Australia. This promotion is run in partnership with Event Cinemas Tuggerah.
2. Promotion Period The promotion commences immediately and concludes at 12:00 PM AEST on Monday, 10th November 2025 ("the Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and Event Cinemas Tuggerah are not eligible to enter. Please note: The prize for this competition must be collected in person from Event Cinemas Tuggerahin NSW. Entrants must be able to facilitate their own collection and show valid ID for redemption.
4. How to Enter To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
A "qualifying post" is any post published by the official Podvan Podcast account on any social media that explicitly mentions this giveaway. An individual may comment on multiple different qualifying posts to gain multiple entries.However, entries are limited to a maximum of one (1) per person, per qualifying post.
5. Prize Details There is one (1) prize to be won by one (1) individual winner. The prize is a 'Complimentary Gold Class Package' for two, valid only at Event Cinemas Tuggerah. The prize includes: two admissions into a Gold Class session of your choice, two beverages, one small plate, two main meals, and two desserts. The total prize package is estimated to be Worth up to $250 AUD. The voucher expires on 10 November 2026. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The voucher cannot be sold or auctioned on any form of social media.
6. Winner Selection and Notification a) One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries received. b) The draw will take place on Monday, 10th November 2025. c) The winner will be notified via a direct message (DM) on the platform from which their winning entry was selected. The winner will only be contacted from the official Podvan Podcast account. d) The winner has 48 hours from the time of notification to respond and provide their full name and contact details to claim their prize. e) If the winner does not claim their prize within the 48-hour period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Prize Collection a) The winner is responsible for collecting the prize (the complimentary letter/voucher) from Event Cinemas Tuggerah. b) They may be required to show valid photo ID for verification. c) The prize must be collected and used before the expiry date of 10 November 2026. d) The Promoter and its partners accept no responsibility for any costs incurred by the winner in relation to collecting the prize, including but not limited to travel costs.
8. General Conditions a) The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. b) By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. c) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. d) By entering, the winner consents to their name and/or social media handle being published by the Promoter for promotional purposes. e) This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).Each entrant completely releases these platforms from any and all liability.
