𝗣𝗼𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 & 𝗧𝗚𝗜 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗧𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

The Promoter of this competition is Podvan Media ("the Promoter"), located in NSW, Australia. This promotion is run in partnership with TGI Fridays Tuggerah (Westfield Tuggerah, 50 Wyong Rd, Tuggerah NSW 2259).

2. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱

The promotion commences on Sunday, 16th November 2025 at 12:00 PM (AEDT) and concludes on Thursday, 20th November 2025 at 9:00 PM (AEDT) ("the Promotion Period").

3. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

Entry is open to all residents of Australia. All prizes (both the 'Major Prize' and the 'Entrant Voucher') are valid for redemption at TGI Fridays Tuggerah, NSW only. Entrants must be able to redeem the prize at this specific location at their own expense.

4. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿

To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period: a) Be following/liking the official Podvan Podcast account on the platform of entry (Facebook: Rabbit - Podvan Podcast, or Instagram: @podvanpodcast). b) Locate an official "qualifying post" on the Podvan Podcast Facebook or Instagram page. c) Leave a comment on the qualifying post answering the prompt: "tell us who you'd like to take with you." d) A limit of one (1) entry per person, per qualifying post, applies.

5. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀

There are two (2) prize tiers for this promotion: a) Major Prize: There is one (1) Major Prize to be won, consisting of one (1) $100 TGI Fridays digital voucher. The total value of the Major Prize is $100.00 AUD. b) Entrant Voucher: Every eligible entrant who successfully completes the entry method specified in Clause 4 will be sent one (1) $20 TGI Fridays digital voucher via an automated direct message system (LinkDM). c) Prize Conditions: All vouchers (both Major Prize and Entrant Voucher) are valid for use at TGI Fridays Tuggerah only. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Each voucher (both the $100 and $20) must be redeemed in a single transaction (one visit). Any remaining value on a voucher after its use is forfeited and will not be given as cash or credit. d) Entrant Voucher Expiry: The $20 Entrant Voucher must be redeemed in-store by Friday, 5th December 2025, at 9:30 PM.

6. 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

a) One (1) Major Prize winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries received across all qualifying posts on Facebook and Instagram. The winner's eligibility will be confirmed by ensuring they are following the Promoter's account as per Clause 4a. b) The draw will take place on Friday, 21st November 2025 at 12:00 PM (AEDT). c) The Major Prize winner will be notified via a direct message (DM) on the platform they used to enter. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. d) The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

a) The $100 Major Prize digital voucher will be sent to the winner via Direct Message. b) The $20 Entrant Vouchers will be distributed automatically via Direct Message upon a valid comment entry. c) The Promoter and Partner are not responsible for any voucher lost, stolen, or unable to be redeemed due to technical issues.

8. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

a) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram). b) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in a position to accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including any entrant who is not following the Promoter's account at the time of the draw. c) By entering this competition, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting and using their information for the purpose of this promotion. d) This promotion is also subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by TGI Fridays.
